Virtual Chat Coordinator – Entry Level (No Experience Required): Join our dynamic bakery team as a Virtual Chat Coordinator, where you’ll engage with customers online, answering inquiries and providing delightful support. Your role involves managing chat interactions, assisting with product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. No prior experience is needed; just bring your enthusiasm and passion for baked goods. You’ll be the friendly digital face of our bakery, helping to spread joy and deliciousness one chat at a time.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
