Technical Support Specialist (Live Chat / No Phone): As a dedicated Technical Support Specialist, you’ll provide exceptional assistance to customers via live chat, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues. Your role involves understanding customer needs, troubleshooting problems, and offering clear solutions, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You’ll collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and contribute to a seamless customer experience. This entry-level position is perfect for tech-savvy individuals eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
