Social Media Virtual Assistant

Social Media Virtual Assistant: As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you’ll engage with customers across various platforms, providing timely responses to inquiries and fostering positive interactions. You’ll assist in managing content, monitoring feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role involves collaborating with the team to enhance brand presence and support marketing initiatives. With a focus on pest control, you’ll help educate and inform the audience, ensuring a seamless and informative experience for all users.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
