Social Media Support Specialist (Entry Level)

Social Media Support Specialist (Entry Level): As a dynamic advocate for our tourism brand, you’ll engage with travelers across social media platforms, providing prompt and friendly assistance. Your role involves addressing inquiries, sharing travel tips, and resolving issues to enhance customer experiences. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to amplify our online presence, ensuring our destinations shine. With a passion for travel and excellent communication skills, you’ll help create memorable journeys for our global audience.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
