Social Media Support Specialist (Entry Level)

Social Media Support Specialist (Entry Level): As a dynamic Social Media Support Specialist, you’ll engage with customers across various platforms, providing timely and effective solutions. You’ll monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed. Your role involves maintaining brand voice, fostering positive interactions, and gathering feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for communication, you’ll contribute to building a strong online community and driving brand loyalty.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
