Social Media Content Coordinator – Spas: As a Social Media Content Coordinator, you’ll craft engaging posts and manage online interactions for our spa brand. Your role involves curating content that reflects our serene atmosphere, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering a positive community. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and track engagement metrics. This entry-level position is perfect for creative individuals passionate about wellness and digital communication, eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
