Remote Customer Chat Support (Entry Level, No Experience)

Remote Customer Chat Support: As an entry-level Remote Customer Chat Support agent, you’ll be the friendly face behind the screen, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Your role involves engaging with clients, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. With no prior experience required, you’ll receive comprehensive training to develop your communication and problem-solving skills. Join our dynamic team and contribute to building lasting customer relationships from the comfort of your home.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
