Remote Chat Support Specialist (No Experience, Entry Level, No Phone Calls Required)

Remote Chat Support Specialist: Embark on a journey in the tourism industry as a Remote Chat Support Specialist. Engage with travelers, providing exceptional assistance and information through chat. You’ll guide customers through booking processes, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless travel experience. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, honing your communication skills while exploring the world of tourism from your own home.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
