Remote Assistance Specialist (Entry Level / No Experience / Work at Home)

Remote Assistance Specialist: As a Remote Assistance Specialist, you’ll provide empathetic and efficient support to customers, ensuring their wellness needs are met with care. You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions via chat, all from the comfort of your home. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you’ll build rapport and maintain a positive experience. No prior experience is required; just bring your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
