Online Customer Support Specialist (No Phone)

Online Customer Support Specialist (No Phone): As an enthusiastic Online Customer Support Specialist, you’ll engage with customers through chat to provide exceptional service and drive sales. Your role involves swiftly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and maintain a positive online presence. Your ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment will contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering long-term customer relationships.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
