Online Customer Support Specialist (No Phone)

Online Customer Support Specialist (No Phone): As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you’ll engage with salon clients through chat, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and offering product recommendations. Your role involves maintaining a friendly and professional tone, ensuring customer satisfaction, and efficiently resolving issues. You’ll collaborate with the team to enhance the client experience, utilizing your communication skills and attention to detail to uphold the salon’s reputation for excellence. Join us in creating a seamless online journey for our valued clients.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
