No Experience Social Media Coordinator (Entry Level)

Chat Support Specialist (Entry Level): Join our dynamic team as a Chat Support Specialist, where you’ll be the friendly face behind our digital interactions. Engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional service through live chat. Your role is to ensure a seamless experience, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. With a focus on clear communication and problem-solving, you’ll be an essential part of our support team, gaining valuable skills and experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
