Live Chat Representative – No Experience Needed: Join our dynamic team as a Live Chat Representative, where your passion for customer service meets the art of pizza-making. Engage with customers online, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional support to ensure a delightful experience. No prior experience is required; just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. You’ll be the friendly digital face of our pizzeria, helping customers with orders, resolving issues, and sharing our love for delicious, handcrafted pizzas.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
