Live Chat Email Support – Customer Support (Fully Remote) – Boutique: Join our dynamic team as a Live Chat Email Support Specialist, where you’ll engage with customers, providing exceptional assistance and resolving inquiries with a personal touch. Embrace the flexibility of remote work while delivering top-notch service through live chat and email. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction. Ideal for those with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others in a boutique setting.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
