Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote – US): As a Live Chat Agent, you’ll provide exceptional customer service for pest control inquiries. Engage with customers in real-time, offering solutions and guidance to address their pest concerns. Utilize your communication skills to ensure a seamless experience, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. This fully remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a difference in customers’ lives by solving their pest issues.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
