Entry Level Remote Chat Assistant (No Experience): Join our dynamic team as a Remote Chat Assistant, where you’ll engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional support for our online bookstore. No prior experience is needed; we value enthusiasm and a passion for books. You’ll assist with order tracking, recommend titles, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while developing valuable communication skills.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
