Entry Level Customer Success Manager (No Experience): As a dedicated advocate for our gym members, you’ll ensure their fitness journey is seamless and rewarding. Engage with clients through chat support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with enthusiasm and empathy. Collaborate with team members to enhance the member experience, while learning and growing in a dynamic environment. Your passion for fitness and commitment to customer satisfaction will drive success, making every interaction a positive step towards achieving their goals.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
