Entry Level Chat Operator (Work from Home / No Calling / No Experience) – Streaming: Join our dynamic team as a Chat Operator, where you’ll engage with streaming enthusiasts, providing real-time support and solutions. No prior experience is needed; just bring your passion for streaming and excellent communication skills. You’ll assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless streaming experience. Work comfortably from home, without the need for phone calls, and grow your career in the digital entertainment industry.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
