Customer Success Representative – Entry Level (No Experience Required): Join our dynamic team to assist gym members in achieving their fitness goals. As a key point of contact, you’ll provide exceptional support through chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on memberships and services. Your enthusiasm for fitness and excellent communication skills will ensure a positive experience for all members. No prior experience needed—just a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
