Customer Success Manager (Entry Level / No Experience)

Customer Success Manager (Entry Level / No Experience): As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our boutique, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard. You’ll assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Your role is pivotal in building lasting relationships and fostering loyalty. With a passion for fashion and excellent communication skills, you’ll thrive in our dynamic environment, contributing to our boutique’s success and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
