Customer Service Social Media Representative (No Phone Calling): Engage with our bakery’s online community by responding to customer inquiries and feedback across social media platforms. Share your passion for our delicious baked goods while providing exceptional support and fostering positive relationships. Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with the team to address concerns and celebrate customer experiences. Your role is vital in maintaining our bakery’s reputation and enhancing customer satisfaction through digital interaction.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
