Customer Chat Support Specialist (Remote, No Experience Needed): Join our dynamic team as a Customer Chat Support Specialist, where you’ll be the friendly face behind the screen, assisting customers with their inquiries in the FinTech sector. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Your role involves resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Embrace the flexibility of remote work while developing valuable communication skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
