Customer Chat Support Specialist – Salon: As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly digital face of our salon, assisting clients with booking appointments, answering inquiries about services, and providing product recommendations. Your role involves ensuring a seamless online experience, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive rapport with clients. With excellent communication skills and a passion for beauty, you’ll help clients feel valued and informed, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our salon.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
