Customer Care Chat Support (Fully Remote): As a vital link between our company and its customers, you will provide exceptional assistance through chat. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a focus on clear communication and empathy, you’ll guide users through solutions, enhancing their experience. This entry-level position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to develop your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to our mission of outstanding customer service.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
