Client Service Specialist – Streaming: As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face of our streaming platform, assisting users with inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Your role involves providing prompt, empathetic support via chat, ensuring seamless streaming experiences. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. With a passion for entertainment and excellent communication skills, you’ll help create memorable viewing moments for our diverse audience, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
