Work From Home (WFH) Customer Service Representative – Chat Support: As a dedicated chat support agent, you’ll be the frontline hero for pest control inquiries, providing swift and empathetic assistance. Your role involves addressing customer concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication. You’ll navigate chat platforms with ease, maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Join a dynamic team where your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will help create pest-free environments, all from the comfort of your home.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
