Remote Chat Coordinator – Entry Level / No Experience – Streaming: Join our dynamic team as a Remote Chat Coordinator, where you’ll engage with users, provide real-time support, and enhance their streaming experience. Your role involves addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless communication. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you’ll collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service. No prior experience is required; bring your enthusiasm, adaptability, and passion for streaming to thrive in this exciting, fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
