Online Customer Support Agent: As an entry-level Online Customer Support Agent in the FinTech industry, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on financial products and services. You will utilize your communication skills to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction. With a focus on empathy and efficiency, you will contribute to enhancing the customer experience while gaining valuable insights into the dynamic world of financial technology.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
