Client Service Specialist

Client Service Specialist: As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for our pest control solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable support. You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on pest management. Your role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with field technicians, and fostering positive client relationships. With excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, you’ll help create a pest-free environment, enhancing our clients’ quality of life. Join us in making a difference!

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
