Work at Home No Experience Chat Support – Entry Level: As a remote chat support specialist, you’ll assist customers by providing clear, concise answers to their inquiries. Your role involves guiding users through troubleshooting steps, offering product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. With a focus on empathy and patience, you’ll resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
