Virtual Chat Assistant – Entry Level Remote (Work from Home): As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance through live chat. You’ll maintain a friendly and professional tone, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and a knack for multitasking. You’ll collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and contribute to a positive customer experience. Embrace the flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful impact.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
