Customer Success Manager (Entry Level / No Experience): As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our daycare, ensuring parents feel confident and informed. You’ll handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency. Your role is to build trust and foster positive relationships, ensuring every family feels valued. With a focus on communication and problem-solving, you’ll contribute to a nurturing environment for both children and their families.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
