Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote – US): As a Live Chat Agent, you’ll engage with customers in real-time, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Your role involves understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll utilize your communication skills to build rapport and maintain a positive brand image. This entry-level position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team, all while working from the comfort of your home.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
