Remote Customer Service Representative – Chat Support: As a vital link between our company and clients, you’ll provide exceptional support through chat. Your role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on our tutoring services. You’ll utilize your communication skills to ensure a seamless experience, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop problem-solving abilities and gain valuable insights into customer service dynamics, all while working remotely in a supportive team environment.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
