Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist – Pest Control: Engage with customers to provide exceptional support and solutions for pest-related inquiries. Utilize your communication skills to address concerns, offer guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and maintain a positive brand image. Stay informed about pest control products and services to deliver accurate information. Adapt to a dynamic environment, demonstrating empathy and patience. Prioritize customer needs while efficiently managing multiple chat interactions.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
