Entry Level Customer Success Manager (No Experience)

Entry Level Customer Success Manager (No Experience): As a proactive problem-solver, you’ll engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our pest control solutions. You’ll provide timely support, answer inquiries, and guide clients through our services. Your role involves building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll contribute to enhancing customer experiences and driving loyalty, all while gaining valuable industry knowledge and skills.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
